Lets start
Serves 5 to 6
Cooking time 40 minutes
Ingredients
To make chocolate cupcake
Eggs 2
Plain white flour 1 cup
Chocolate powder 1/2 cup( I use Hershey's coco powder)
Sugar ( powdered) 1 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Butter 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN CUPCAKE RECIPE TOO
For frosting
1 Container vanilla frosting
Colored candies( the eyes)
OR
if you are in super hurry then simply use cheese( to make stripes).
Directions:
Preheat oven in 180 deg C.
In a clean glass bowl beat the butter and sugar until they are fluffy and shiny.
Add eggs and vanilla essence.
Beat well. In another bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, cocoa and pinch of salt. Add this mixture in the egg mixture, add little milk.
Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Fill the muffin cups only 3/4 full.
Bake for 30 minutes in 180 deg C. Take them out and let them cool down.
Now prepare the icing. Place the icing bag with the corner cut.
Pipe the icing onto the cooled cupcakes leaving little space fir the eyes.
OR
Just take a cheese slice, cut thin stripes and decorate
as shown above.
Place the candies for the eyes and your mummy cupcakes are ready for Halloween Party.
