Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder (Amchoor) 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:

First chop the veggies and the Paneer in square shaped cubes.
In a large bowl take curd. Whisk till it becomes smooth .
Now gradually add ginger, garlic paste and all the above mentioned spices( for marination). Add salt and mix all the spices properly.
Now add the veggies and paneer to the marinate.
Refrigerate for 1 hr.
Pre heat the oven at 180C.
Take out the marinated paneer and veggies from the refrigerator.
Now arrange the veggies and the paneer alternatively on toothpick.
Place them on rack and brush oil.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 deg C. While baking turn the toothpicks so that it cooks evenly from all sides.
After they are cooked place them on plate with lemon wedges, onion rings and green chutney or any tomato sauce.
