Potato Cheese Cutlet

Potato Cheese Cutlet
Potatoes and Cheese are two ingredients which can be combined to make Potato Cheese Cutlets with can be a hot favorite. Nobody will refuse. If you combine these two ingredients with little seasoning and fry it becomes delicious. This yummy cheesy Potato Cheese Cutlet is a very simple and easy to make snacks. 


Potato 5 ( small to medium size)
Cheese 100gm( grated)
Onion 1( finely chopped)
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon( optional)
Salt to taste
Cornflour 2 tablespoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil to fry


First boil the potatoes.
When cooled mash them.
Add grated cheese, salt, black pepper powder, onion to the mashed potatoes.
Make medium size balls and flatten them to give cutlet shape.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Make a smooth paste with water and cornflour. Keep the batter aside.
Now dip the patties in the batter,coat with breadcrumbs and fry them.
(Fry the patties just before serving otherwise they become soggy)
Serve hot with ketchup.
