Gulab jamun recipe with Vanilla Ice cream
Gulab Jamun WIth Vanilla Ice cream

This is a simple recipe but not quick. This time you need little patience. You don't need khoya or paneer for this recipe. Milk powder, sugar, little yogurt and water….that's it. Traditionally gulab jamuns were fried in ghee but I used oil and little ghee. You can skip ghee if you want.
