Oven Roast Veg Recipe
Cauliflower with Tomato and Bell Pepper
This is basically no recipe….. its a very simple dish. The beauty of roasted vegetable is that they become very pleasurable to eat. I believe that every vegetable can be cooked in this way with just little olive oil and some good cheese. Try roasting some of your veges tonight and yo are in for a treat.

Try this Delicious Veg Recipe- Oven Roast Veggies . This healthy recipe uses minimum oil and becomes yummy with just little seasoning and cheese.
Serves 4- 6
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 25 to 30 minutes
Cauliflower 1/2 head trimmed and cut into florets
Tomato 2 ( roughly chopped)
Green bell Pepper 1 sliced
Garlic cloves 3 peeled and coarsely minced
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Grated parmesan or any other cheese is fine : 2 tablespoon
Method:-
Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Mix cauliflower florets, bell pepper and garlic in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss the mixture.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Take it out add the tomatoes and again roast it for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables, put it back in the oven for only 30 seconds and serve hot the delicious Grilled Veggies.
